WHO WE ARE

A purchasing-led approach to products and partnerships.

Headquartered in the United States, GALAX USA connects manufacturers, brands, and commercial buyers through international sourcing, importing, distribution, and brand development.

While the United States remains our primary operating market, we are also exploring selected commercial and distribution opportunities in Canada and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

Our commercial model generally involves purchasing and owning inventory for distribution. Not every partnership involves inventory ownership: responsibilities and commercial arrangements depend on the opportunity and agreed terms.

We develop GALAX USA’s own proprietary and private-label brands and collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers on product and brand-development opportunities. Product concepts, specifications, packaging requirements and commercial positioning depend on the project. Explore our capabilities, product-category areas and commercial partnerships.

GALAX USA’s founder brings more than 30 years of professional experience in technology, informing the company’s approach to product research, brand development and commercial partnerships.
